MAKE YOUR OWN WHEATPASTE! by Zoso

there are many variations on the homade wheatpaste recipe, but this is what I've found works for me. you can of course buy wallpaper paste or a number of other things that I'm sure would work great, but for a three dollar bag of flour and a handfull of sugar, you can get enough glue to last you six months.

use regular all purpose bleached wheat flour. I never use measuring cups, and there really is no need. mix about 1 part flour to 3 parts cold water, stir well to get all the lumps out, then heat over the stove. stir it constantly. when it starts to simmer, turn the heat to low and keep stiring untill it turns from milky to translucent. about 10 minutes after it first simmers usually does it. it should look like a big steaming pot of semen. you may need to add more water. it should coat the back of you spoon, but not be lumpy. after you turn the heat off, let it cool for a little bit and throw in a little sugar. usually a few tablespoons. if your batch was 2 cups flour to 6 cups water, you should add about 2 or 3 tablespoons, so adjust depending. i've been told the sugar helps the stickyness, so i always add it with pretty good results.

thats it! you can use it warm or let it cool, doesnt matter. cheapest glue on the planet, and perfect for postering.

then you'll need a bucket of some sort (you can get creative) and a stiff brush or broom or roller of some sort. you must be clever so as to figure out how to walk down the street with your posters and equipment and not look suspicious.

also a note- make sure you clean up your equipment really well, its pretty much the ideal vehicle to grow fungus or mold anything else you dont want in your stuff the next day.
